Beauty with Milly Policies
At Beauty with Milly, I thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the door the best possible service I can offer. I understand appointments sometimes need to be rescheduled or cancelled but lately I have had an awful lot of no shows and last minute cancellations. Please understand that when you forget about your appointment or don't let me know you cant make it with little notice I am missing the opportunity to fill that appointment slot which has been reserved for you personally and clients on my waiting list are also missing the opportunity to receive treatments. Appointment reminders are sent out 48 hours prior as I know how easy it is to forget about an appointment you booked it a while ago but the booking has been reserved for you personally and it is your responsibility to remember your appointment.
I am kindly asking that you give 24 hours notice to cancel/rearrange an appointment. Bookings 2 hours or more will require 50% deposit on booking. If you fail to give 24 hours notice or miss your appointment you will incur a 50% charge, less than 3 hours prior will be 100% charge. If you have a genuine reason for not being able to make your appointment, I will be understanding, however if you make no attempt to contact , I have no choice but to have to use my cancellation policy
